Under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, the 2022 China(Qingdao) International Watercolor Art Season, co sponsored by the Information Office of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government, Qingdao Culture and Tourism Bureau, Qingdao Landscape and Forestry Bureau, Qingdao Tourism Group and Qingdao Daily Newspaper Group, was officially started in Qingdao Zhongshan Park on December 2, 2022.
In order to further promote and display the city name card of "Watercolor City", attract domestic and international activities, and promote the gathering, convergence and integration of diverse cultures, Qingdao Daily Newspaper Group plans to hold a series of activities of 2022 China(Qingdao) International Watercolor Art Season this year.
The International Watercolor Masterpieces Exchange Exhibition gathered nearly 200 masterpieces to show the ever-changing world through various forms of watercolor art.
At the same time, an exhibition of 100 watercolor works by 100 teenagers was launched in the art season to show the vitality and cultural heritage of an art city through art dialogue with the participating masters and famous artists in the form of online promotion.
On the day when the art season started, the watercolor NFT work Variations of the Times went online at the same time. The art season also launched a number of watercolor creative derivatives, and organized a number of life painting activities to further establish the city's distinctive cultural brand, demonstrate the construction of the art city, and promote the image of Qingdao as an international city.
