楼胜鲜，画家、书法篆刻艺术家，笔名鲜人，浙江杭州人，籍贯义乌，毕业于杭州大学（现浙大）。获“2025年度非遗风云人物”称号并入编非遗年鉴。现为中国党建画院篆刻委员会委员、省级非遗艺术大师（书法篆刻类）、中华诗词和中国楹联学会会员、杭州孤山西泠印社篆刻创作室篆刻老师（篆刻家）、美术报陈振濂名家工作室成员、中国肖像印研究会会员、浙江逸仙书画院画师。书、画、印师从于徐银森、马其宽、何水法、潘飞轮、朱豹卿、陈振濂先生; 诗词师从于王漱居先生、刘兴超博士。
Luo Shengxian, a painter and calligraphy and seal engraving artist, with the pen name Xianren, is from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and originally from Yiwu. He graduated from Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University). He was awarded the title of "2025 Annual Intangible Cultural Heritage Celebrity" and was included in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Yearbook. He is currently a member of the Seal Engraving Committee of China Party Building Painting Academy, a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage art master (calligraphy and seal engraving category), a member of the Chinese Poetry and China Couplet Society, a seal engraving teacher at the Hangzhou Solitary Mountain Xiling Seal Engraving Studio (a seal engraver), a member of the Chen Zhenlian Master Studio of Fine Arts News, a member of the China Portrait Seal Research Association, and a painter at Zhejiang Yixian Painting and Calligraphy Academy. He studied calligraphy, painting, and seal engraving under Xu Yinsen, Ma Qikuan, He Shuifa, Pan Feilun, Zhu Baoqing, and Mr.Chen Zhenlian; and studied poetry under Mr.Wang Shuju and Dr. Liu Xingchao.
曾在杭州王星记扇厂从事扇面书画创作近20年，自2005年入杭州孤山西泠印社篆刻创作室，从事篆刻创作工作，为天下游客以及来参观访问者服务；所刻之印上万方，所教学生弟子三千，作品被不少博物馆和个人收藏。
2017年以来着力于篆刻艺术的传承，经常在杭州孤山西泠印社题襟馆、还朴精庐、四照阁、宝印山房等处，主讲、传授成人和青少年学习篆刻，这其间既有游客、旅游团，也有海龟（归）学子团队、外国留学生、报社记者等；教学场面被央视一台《焦点访谈》收入(见2019年2月16日央视焦点访谈：中华老字号根深叶茂)。2023年应杭州政协实践中心的邀请，在政协新时代协商民主实践中心开设公益篆刻培训班。
For nearly two decades, he worked at Hangzhou Wangxingji Fan Factory, specializing in fan painting and calligraphy. Since 2005, he has been engaged in seal carving at Hangzhou Guxi Xiling Seal Engravers' Society, serving both domestic tourists and international visitors. He has carved over ten thousand seals and mentored three thousand students, with his works being collected by numerous museums and private collectors.
Since 2017, he has dedicated himself to preserving the art of seal carving. He regularly conducts lectures and workshops at Hangzhou's Guanxi Lingyin Society venues—including the Tijin Pavilion, Huanpu Jinglu, Sizhao Pavilion, and Baoyin Mountain Studio—teaching both adults and youth. His classes have attracted diverse audiences, from tourists and tour groups to overseas returnee students, international students, and newspaper reporters. The teaching sessions were featured on CCTV-1's program "Focus Interview" (see February 16,2019 episode: "Time-honored Chinese Brands Thrive"). In 2023, at the invitation of the Hangzhou CPPCC Practice Center, he launched a public seal carving training program at the CPPCC New Era Consultative Democracy Practice Center.

2019年11月作为非遗暨中华老字号西泠印社参展人员（唯一一位篆刻方面的参展人员），入第二届中国国际进口博览会，在现场开展篆刻体验以及篆刻艺术展示并为与会者提供篆刻服务。
In November 2019, as a participant from the Xiling Seal Art Society, a recognized intangible cultural heritage and famous Chinese brand (the only participant specializing in seal carving), I attended the Second China International Import Expo, where I conducted seal carving experiences and art demonstrations on-site, providing seal carving services to attendees.
2023年5月篆刻作品在上海《新民晚报》上发表。
2011年 入浙江省第三届篆刻艺术大展。

In 2021, the poetry was selected for inclusion in the "World Poetry Yearbook 2021 Volume" (with both Chinese and English versions).
In 2022, I won the third prize in the poetry creation competition of "Zhejiang Poetry Conference" jointly organized by ifeng.com Zhejiang, Huashu Media, Zhejiang Normal University and Zhejiang Poetry and Couplet Society.
The poetry works were respectively published in the Xinmin Evening News and the Couplet magazine in Shanghai.
