Ningbo, China, May 31 - Nedeljko Milosavljevic, Director of the Technology Transfer Office at the University of Belgrade and Technology Transfer Advisor to the European Commission, embarked on a visit to explore collaborative opportunities in Ningbo, China. Accompanied by Chu Zhangrong, the Director of Investment Promotion Department of the China-CEEC Industrial Cooperation Park, and Zhang Mingming, General Manager of the Ningbo CEEC Innovation Center, the visit included stops at the China-CEEC Industrial Cooperation Park, KP Biotech and the CEEC International Hall.
During the meeting at the CEEC International Hall, Dr. Nedeljko Milosavljevic and Chu Zhangrong engaged in fruitful discussions on how to provide targeted assistance for the development of Central and Eastern European startups in China. Dr. Milosavljevic shared his extensive experience in startup incubation, contributing valuable insights to the conversation.
On June 1, as part of the China (Ningbo)-CEEC Innovative Technology Matchmaking Conference organized by the Ningbo Association for Science and Technology, Dr. Nedeljko Milosavljevic visited TusPark (Ningbo), Yinchuang Sci-Tech Incubation Park, Liubike, and China Innovation Instrument. He also held discussions with representatives from Yinzhou Talent Office, Science and Technology Bureau, and Association for Science and Technology. The visit was attended by Shi Ying, Vice Chairman of the Ningbo Association for Science and Technology, Zhou Tianwei, Director of Ningbo Academician Service & Overseas Intelligence Service Center, and Zhang Mingming, General Manager of Ningbo CEEC Innovation Center.
During the meeting, Dr. Milosavljevic provided an overview of the University of Belgrade and its innovative needs in the field of industry-academia collaboration. The discussions resulted in a preliminary agreement to foster cooperation in industry-academia research, leveraging this exchange as an opportunity to actively promote the development of overseas scientific and technological talents in Ningbo.
