Jin Yuan, whose courtesy name is Siyuan, is also known as Jinshi. Jin Yuan was born in July 1975 in Lanxi, Zhejiang, and now lives in Changsha, Hunan. He is a famous calligrapher, a Guoli artist (No.: ica6583), a new generation Chinese artist, a representative figure of Chinese painting and calligraphy, and a national first class calligrapher and painter. Because of his achievement in arts, Jin Yuan owns the title of the executive director of Beijing Academy of Contemporary Calligraphy Culture and Art, vice president of China Folk Culture Institute Research, visiting professor of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Painting and Calligraphy Academy, vice president of Beijing Ink painting and Calligraphy Academy, and executive chairman of Hunan Lanxi Chamber of Commerce.
