The 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) will open at Shougang Park in Beijing from September 10 to 14. With the annual theme of "Digital & Intelligent Leadership, Revitalizing Trade in Services", this year’s fair focuses on the hot trends in the development of trade in services. Over 70 countries and international organizations will set up exhibitions and hold events. Up to now, nearly 2,000 enterprises plan to participate in offline exhibitions, including nearly 500 Fortune 500 companies and international industry leaders, covering 27 countries and regions that rank among the top 30 in trade in services worldwide.
At this year’s CIFTIS, the Shaanxi Exhibition Area takes "Digital & Intelligent Leadership for a New Shaanxi, Trade in Services Empowering the New Silk Road" as its theme and adopts the "spatiotemporal longitude and latitude" design concept. It focuses on four major sectors – "Computer and Information Services", "Cultural Technology", "Professional Services", and "Integration of Industrial and Trade Ports". Through high-tech exhibits, diversified experiences, and immersive interactions, the area not only demonstrates the hard power of technologies and products but also presents a vivid picture of the multi-dimensional development of Shaanxi’s trade in services in terms of innovation-driven development, cultural inheritance, professional service upgrading, and in-depth integration of industry and trade.
In the "Computer and Information Services" sector, a number of key enterprises gather to focus on showcasing the geographic surveying and mapping applications of China National Coal Aerial Survey and Remote Sensing Group, the overseas marketing and promotion services of Yidian Tianxia, as well as the application of digital and intelligent transformation support platforms, software system solutions, and artificial intelligence technology services.
The "Cultural Technology" sector highlights the Boundless Cinema of the Xiying XR Film Industry Base – a full-stack solution for "sitting-view" virtual reality (VR) standard cinemas. This solution has revolutionized the traditional movie-watching experience and become a major highlight exhibit of Shaanxi Province. Meanwhile, the "Shaanxi Gifts" series of cultural and creative products and other innovative achievements in cultural tourism and film and television are also on display.
In the "Professional Services" sector, the focus is on exhibiting the smart agriculture solutions of Yangling Agricultural Cloud, as well as multilingual language services and comprehensive foreign-related legal services in other relevant industries.
The "Integration of Industrial and Trade Ports" sector focuses on demonstrating the international trade hub function of the China-Europe Railway Express "Chang’an" and its industrial integration practices, as well as the convenient customs clearance service function of the "Single Window" of Shaanxi Electronic Port.
In the future, leveraging the spillover effect of CIFTIS, Shaanxi is expected to further consolidate its advantages in fields such as computer information and cultural technology, expand international cooperation space, and make "Shaanxi Services" shine more brilliantly in the global map of trade in services, thus continuously contributing "Shaanxi Strength" to the high-quality development of the joint construction of the "Belt and Road".
